Tammy has resided in Windsor, PA her entire life. She and her husband, Wayne, of 26 years, currently reside there with their daughter, Tara.  Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, boating and riding motorcycle.

Caitlin Reed, Financial Representative and Financial Analyst, was first introducted to Northwestern Mutual in May 2010.  She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2010.   Her professional licenses currently include Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health.  Caitlin's educational background and work experience, including 3 years in consumer and business to business marketing, make her an excellent resource for clients seeking a friendly contact to help them make conscious and deliberate financial decisions.

Within our team, as an Financial Analyst, Caitlin has a clear mission to help guide our clients to financial security.  It is her duty to first analyze our clients’ current financial positions and evaluate their goals and objectives.  Caitlin will then focus on helping to build recommendations for efficiently filling any potential gaps in a clients’ financial strategy.

Caitlin has resided in Lancaster, PA her entire life. She and her boyfriend, John Carpenter currently reside in the city with their pup, Sully.  Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, but mostly her adorable niece and nephews. She and John are actively involved within the community with a number of organization including, but not limited to, Keystone Arts and Culture Center, Crispus Attucks, and the Latino Vision Association.
