Tammy Hoffmaster, Associate Financial Representative and Office Manager, was first introduced to Northwestern Mutual in October of 2008.  She brings with her 23 years experience of excellent customer service and accounting background.  Tammy's commitment to excel in all that she does is a powerful asset to Northwestern and you, as she assists you with achieving your financial goals.

Tammy has resided in Windsor, PA her entire life. She and her husband, Wayne, of 24 years, currently reside there with their daughter, Tara.  Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, while boating and riding motorcycle.

Philip has been in the financial services industry since 2004.  He graduated from Shippensburg University's John L. Grove College of Business with a BSBA, majoring in Finance and obtaining a minor in Economics.  He holds his Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses.  Philip's educational background and work experience, including 3 years in personal banking, make him an excellent resource for clients seeking to make conscious and deliberate fincancial decisions.

Philip joined Northwestern Mutual in June of 2009.  He joined our team in August of 2009, as an associate financial representative.  Philip and his wonderful wife, Lisa, have resided in York their entire lives and look forward to someday raising children in the same community they both grew up in and now actively serve.  In the meantime, they pamper their Shih Tzu, Oscar.  Philip also enjoys teaching local third graders as a volunteer for Junior Achievement.
